Hilmy Cellars produces and bottles artisan wine in small lots. Our wines include red, white, rosé and sparkling wine.
Over 85% of our grapes are from the Texas High Plains. Our cellar uses stainless steel tanks as well as French and American oak.

Red Wines

Our Red Wines are expressive and range from light to medium and heavy bodied. Our varietals include Tempranillo, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. Each wine is crafted by hand and blended in our cellar.
