There are 4 releases per year: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
Selection of 3, 6 or 12 bottle membership is made during the enrollment process.

FLOCK Invitationals
Enjoy exclusive invitations to a variety of Flock festivities including those surrounding new releases and allocations of Hilmy wine.
Complimentary Tastings
Active members and their guests (up to 4 people total per membership) enjoy complimentary tastings while visiting the Tasting Room or Flock Lounge at Hilmy Cellars. This is our way of ensuring FLOCKers can stay in tune with how their wines evolve in the bottle as well as get introduced to our newest wines.
FLOCK Loyalty Pricing
Active members qualify for everyday discounts at the following rates:
- 3 Bottle: 15%
- 6 Bottle: 20%
- 12 Bottle: 25%
Exclusive Releases
Throughout the year, we produce wines in small batches that are made for our Flock members. These wines are not available to the general public and are reserved only for wine club members (the Flock) that opt-in for them.
You can add them on to your seasonal allocation and the selected wines will be shipped to you along with your allocation.
Members become active upon receipt of their first allocation.
Membership commitment is 1 year (4 allocations), with automatic renewal.
The cost of each allocation is determined by the retail bottle price, less the FLOCK loyalty discount.
