Tasting Notes
A sensual rose in both style and color, the Mouvedre and Tempranillo create a beautiful synergy. The complex nose opens with aromas of wild strawberry and black current, followed by notes of lavender and hints of dried thyme. The palate opens with generous ripe plum notes along with a rich black cherry on the attack, accompanied by an underlying minerality. Vibrant acidity along with a supple tannin structure balance the fleshy fruit character to create a balanced and food friendly wine.
