At Hilmy, we believe through and through that wine is made in the vineyard. We strive for quality in farming and work to achieve harmony among the factors contributing to the quality of our vines and their grapes.

Our Vineyard
In 2008, Erik Hilmy selected a site in Fredericksburg, Texas, to pursue his passion for winemaking. The chosen site was previously farmland with a heavy clay soil.
Our Team
It is the commitment to excellence that drives our team at Hilmy Cellars every day. From wine education to our patrons, to delicious wines made carefully in our cellar, our team is one of the hardest working teams in the state of Texas.
